High Performance Unit

At the Our Gym High Performance unit we train professional athletes and clients serious about improving athletic performance. The High Performance unit is designed simply for the purpose of increased athletic performance in a particular chosen field. Whether that performance is needed on the sporting field, in the office, at home or where ever the client chooses to use it.

The High Performance unit is not for everyone. Clients must pass rigorous physical and psychological tests to be invited to train in the unit. After an invitation to train in the unit clients must consistently prove themselves to enable them to continue to train and improve within the unit. Clients training in this unit do not need guidance with nutrition, lifestyle or behaviour changes as they are living the lifestyle needed to partake in the unit already. They get the respect and support of fellow clients participating in the unit.
Participating in the High Performance unit will cause you to suffer from physical and mental breakdowns. These breakdowns are essential to enable us to improve on the limits of our physical and mental capacity. For those of you still reading past the last sentence and have a smile on your face probably understand what the High Performance unit is about.

The High Performance unit’s primary focus is to increase aerobic and anaerobic capacity, speed and power endurance, strength and strength endurance and specific event based performance. We consistently change the methods that we use to administer these outcomes. We do not presume to know all the different methods used to gain these outcomes. The methods used come from expertise generated form years of experience and education in chosen fields. Some of the outcomes we train clients in the unit for are:

- Professional athlete/team pre season conditioning
- Specific athletic event training
- Fight training and conditioning
- Entry into elite special forces/

If you are still reading this far than we presume that you are not of sane mind and enjoy the physical and mental pain that comes with participating in such a training unit. Fitting into this unit is essential for the dynamic of the unit to continue to run smoothly and continue to improve. Gaining entry into the High Performance unit can be only gained from, proven athletic performance and the interviewers character reference. Only after this process will you be invited to join the unit.
