  • Our timetable is reviewed regularly to ensure that is reflective of our member's expectations and enjoyment

  • Classes on the timetable may be cancelled or reduced during public holidays and/or instructor availability

Not a Member? Get in touch with Our Reception Team and they'll be able to book you in for a casual visit.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.

BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.

You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

LES MILLS BODYATTACK

BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

LES MILLS BODYSTEP

In a BODYSTEP workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Don’t worry, there’s heaps of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful.

A combination of gentle aerobics and body weighted moves ideal for those looking to stay active, those returning to exercise and those who are pregnant.

SEATED STRENGTH

A gentle workout focusing on maintaining muscular strength and bone density. This class is ideal for those looking to stay active, but at a steadier pace.

Most of the exercises in this class are done from a seated position.

PILATES

A form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. 

Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well.

HIIT

HIIT or high intensity interval training is an effective way to both improve cardio vascular fitness and initiate calorie after-burn. 

This workout will definitely make you sweat!

MUMS & BUBS

What could be better than getting fit while spending time with your new bub?

Working at your own pace, this class will help you rebuild your pre-baby body and give you a chance to meet other mums.

Most of the exercises in this class will use Bub as your weight but can be modified to use hand weights or body weight.

OUR CIRCUIT is a whole body workout! Our instructor will lead you through a number of weighted and body weight exercises aimed at making you stronger, fitter, healthier TOGETHER
